The name of the register is the Personal Data Register for the Websites, Newsletters and Surveys of the Adults on the Move program.
The existence of the register is based on valid legislation: SECTIONS 10 AND 24 OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT (523/1999) AND ARTICLES 13, 14 AND 30 OF EU’S GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (679/2016)
The purpose of the register is to use the personal data of the Adults on the Move program for program-related communication (e-mail lists, surveys, events). Personal data is not disclosed to third parties or used for marketing purposes.
Data content of the register and groups of persons
The register can be used to process information that the data subject has provided themselves through the website, the newsletter system or surveys. The data entered in the register may include name, title/position, company/organisation, telephone number, e-mail, address, organisation contact details.

In addition, the Facebook Pixel cookie of the Facebook Inc. company allows us to target ads to people who have already visited our website and to track results of advertising. Data is not disclosed to any third party or transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Register protection principles
Data is protected by technical measures. Access to the data requires sufficient rights and multi-factor authentication. Unauthorised access is also prevented by, for example, firewalls and technical measures. The register data can only be accessed by the Controller and Processor and separately designated technical persons. Only designated persons have the right to process and maintain data in the register. Users are bound by the obligation of professional secrecy. The register data is backed up securely and can be restored as needed.
Rights of the data subject
A person/organisation in the register has the right to, among other things:
• To request access to their data from the Controller, to demand rectification, erasure or restriction of their data or to object the processing of their data.
• When processing is based on the data subject’s consent, they shall have the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• To report a fault in personal data processing to the supervising authority.
The request must be made in writing to the Controller. Where necessary, the Controller may ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The Controller will respond to the client within the time period laid down in the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (as a rule within one month).
Content embedded from other websites
Articles on this website may contain embedded content (videos, pictures, articles, etc.). Opening embedded content imported from other websites is comparable to visiting a third-party site.
